Edgewater Resort, Wanaka

Wanaka's Edgewater Resort has had forty 3000 watt Siemens Panel Heaters installed during a recent refit. The resort now enjoys the benefit of a smart energy efficient heating system that is easy for guests to use. Siemens Panel Heaters have a very accurate in-built electronic thermostat that means an even temperature is easily maintained. To assist with the creation of a comfortable environment, and maximise energy savings, the heaters have a unique 'set back' function. Easily accessed, this function enables you to automatically switch the thermostat back by five degrees at night. Set-back can be controlled from within each room, or from the main office.

Several more specific control options are available with the Siemens Panel Heaters. These options add the ability to automatically start-up after the set back period has passed, monitor window ventilation and be linked to the building management system.

Cancer Society of New Zealand, Christchurch

Design Brief: A heating system that utilises storage and quick ramp up heating for sick patients (radiant). Alcatel heating cables were used infloor througout the hallways, communal lounges and kitchens. ESWA celing foils and Siemens Panel Heaters were used in the living and sleeping areas of the family units. Enersave Products was specified for the job and Pederson Partners were impressed with with our calculations and design and the project was secured on the merits of our engineering and superior energy product solutions.

Centennial Pool, Christchurch

When the Christchurch City Council recently rebuilt one of its public swimming pools in central Christchurch the modern design called for a modern heating solution. The high roof spaces and abundance of glass made a radiant heating system the obvious choice, to create an overall level of comfort designed to warm people and objects rather than the air. Energostrip heaters were used for heating the entrance foyer and staffroom/cafeteria. Siemens Panel Heaters were used for heating the offices.

Christchurch City Council Parking Division

This heritage building was refurbished to house the CCC parking division. Extensive renovations enabled a number of solutions to be utilised by Parlante Design. ESWA ceiling heating was used in the open plan areas as this allowed free wall space for office furniture layout. Energostrip heaters, with their flexible heating control were used in the cafeteria while Siemens Panel Heaters were used in the smaller office areas due to their energy efficient control.

Tekapo Motor Inn, Canterbury

When the Tekapo Motor Inn was recently refurbished, the owners chose to install 2000 watt Siemens Panel Heaters. They also used Enersave's TileTherm to heat the bathroom floors. So now, the stunning Inn offers not only panoramic views of Lake Tekapo, but a world-class heating system as well.
